MSHSAA Pre-Participation Physicals

For athletic participation this coming school year, you will need to have a current physical from a doctor.  Many doctors will have forms, but MSHSAA also provides one.  You can click on the link below to have a copy to provide Fr. Tolton Catholic High School for athletic participation.

Also listed below is the MSHSAA Concussion Information Packet which helps parents and athletes become aware of the dangers of concussions, that can occur in all physical activity.  It also informs you of all policies of being able to return to physical activity.  Please read this.

Welcome To Trailblazer Athletics!

My name is Chad Masters and I am the Athletic Director at Fr. Tolton Catholic High School, which serves families of faith in our community, and those looking for a disciplined environment where high expectations are the standard! Our goal is to build an athletic program that our community can be proud of. Our athletics develop champions on and off of the field. We will forge champions in a faith based environment, where we honor and glorify God in all we do!

Within our first four years of existence, we have been able to offer 15 varsity and junior varsity sports, and several MSHSAA sanctioned activities.  Within these first four years, our teams have produced many All-District athletes, several All-State Athletes and MSHSAA State Championship qualifying athletes, and individual MSHSAA State Champions (Jaydin Clayton (4x), Will Tindal (2x), and Brock Mauller in Wrestling and Jack Parker in Golf)!  We are establishing a standard of success, and a commitment to excellence!

We will teach the fundamentals of the sports, provide a solid team structure, provide quality coaching, and instill the values and expectations of Tolton Catholic athletics. We will provide all of these things along with the integration and purposeful influence of our Catholic values. The athletes will learn that sports are fun, and that God plays a role in all aspects of our life. If you want your child to experience a competitive and instructional, faith based program, then we invite you to get involved with Tolton Catholic Athletics.

With Blazer Pride!

Chad Masters
